What payment options are available?
The current shop lists Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal as payment options.
When does free shipping apply?
Free shipping applies to orders of $150 and up.
Can coffee be returned?
Coffee returns are accepted within 30 calendar days when the product is in the original packaging and no more than one sachet is missing.
Can skincare products be returned?
The current policy says opened skincare products are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
How do Cafe Perks work?
Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent and 50 points for signing up. 150 points equals $15 off orders over $150.
