Shipping
Free shipping applies on orders of $150 and up. Product pages also list an $8 shipping cost for many items.
Coffee returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date received. Coffee taste returns require original packaging and no more than one sachet missing.
Skincare returns
The current policy says opened protein shakes and skincare products are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, refund status is shared with the customer. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Payment
The shop lists Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal as payment options.
